Day 1

  • Fly into Paro airport
  • Check drive to the hotel in Paro
  • Evening, stroll around the town
  • Overnight in Paro

Day 2

  • Day hike to Tiger’s Nest for acclimatization
  • Overnight in Paro

Day 3

  • Trek day 1: Paro to Jangchulakha via Jili Dzong

Day 4

  • Trek day 2: Jangchulakha to Jimilang Tsho

Day 5

  • Trek day 3: Jimilang Tsho to Semkotha

Day 6

  • Trek day 4: Semkotha to Thimphu

Day 7

  • Thimphu sightseeing: in the morning, visit Buddha Dordenma, Memorial Chorten, Takin Reserve and National Textile Museum
  • In the afternoon, visit Simply Bhutan, Postal Museum, Weekly Market and Tashi Chhodzong
  • Overnight in Thimphu

Day 8

  • Drive from Thimphu to Paro and fly out
  • Airport pickup/drop by a private vehicle
  • Standard accommodation in a three-star hotel in Kathmandu and Pokhara including breakfast as per itinerary
  • Teahouse/guest house accommodation during the trek
  • All meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) during the trek as per Teahouse/guest house menu
  • All ground transportation on a private vehicle as per the itinerary
  • Welcome and farewell dinners
  • Guided city tour in Kathmandu by private vehicle
